IBB University Bans Graduating Students’ Signing Out Celebrations

Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai (IBBUL), has announced a ban on all forms of signing-out celebrations by graduating students within and around the university premises. This decision was made following reports of misconduct during such events.
In a statement issued by the Dean of Student Affairs, Prof. S.M. Ewugi, the university management emphasized that these unauthorized celebrations would no longer be tolerated. Students are advised to adhere to the institution’s rules and regulations.
The announcement has been circulated to relevant university offices and departments.
