IBBUL Vice-Chancellor Felicitates with Christian Community; Calls for Peace and Reflection at Christmas
The Vice-Chancellor of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBUL), Lapai, Professor Mohammed Hadi Sulaiman, has extended his warmest congratulations to the Christian community on the occasion of the 2025 Christmas celebrations and the upcoming New Year.
In an official statement released today, December 25, 2025, the Vice-Chancellor urged the faithful to use this season for sober reflection and to emulate the exemplary virtues of Jesus Christ. He emphasized that adopting a lifestyle centered on service and compassion is essential for the collective benefit of society.
Professor Sulaiman enjoined both staff and students of the institution to utilize this festive period to rededicate themselves to the service of God and to uphold the spirit of being "their brother’s keeper." He expressed strong optimism that 2026 will usher in a year of abundant blessings, where academic activities can thrive in a stable and progressive environment.
