Inauguration Of LASU SDGs Youth Club

Inauguration of Lagos State University (LASU) Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Youth Club, which boasts over 800 members spread across all the Faculties in the three campuses of the University.

The Lagos State University Centre for the Actualisation of the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (LASU-SDG) will be inauguarating its just established LASU SDG Youth Club, which today boasts of over 800 members spread across all the Faculties in the three campuses of the University, on Friday 21st July, 2023 at the 3-in-Hall, Faculty of Education by 11.00 a.m.   

The Keynote Speaker is Mrs Abosede George, the Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Office of Sustainable Development Goals & Investment, Governor’s Office, Alausa, while the United Nations Resident & Humanitarian Coordinator in Nigeria will be the Guest of Honour.  

The attendance of the UN Secretary General's Representative in Nigeria is a loud testament about the giant stride that the Lagos State University has made in the implementation of the SDGs and the recognition of the University as one of the Global Institutions pushing forward the frontiers of SDGs.
