In a heartwarming act of generosity, Pauli-Nus Onwumere, a recent first-class graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), and the best-performing student in the Department of Theatre and Film Studies, utilized his one-month NYSC allowance to pay a year's school fees for a fellow student, Precious Mkpouto.

I am not used to posting things like this, but the overwhelming support I got for this made me. Before I started my Youth Service, I had the plan to sacrifice my one month #NYSC Alawee to pay one year school fees of any student who is dedicated but struggling to pay school fees. My reason for this is to actually show how grateful I am to God for all his support throughout my academic journey."

Onwumere's journey was marked by financial challenges, having lost his father early in life, and his mother struggling to provide for his education. Acknowledging the support he received from surrogate parents during his undergraduate years, he expressed eternal gratitude.

His friend, Ifeanyichukwu Iroakazi, endorsed the idea, suggesting an extension of the support to the disabled with significant financial assistance. During the course of this benevolent project, Onwumere accomplished the following:

2. Cleared the outstanding school fees of Goodnews Effiong.

3. Provided a cash gift to a crippled woman for the medical item she needed.

4. Offered a small Christmas package to Miss Itoro, who has been indisposed.

Onwumere expressed his gratitude to Ifeanyichukwu for his support and thanked everyone who encouraged him to embark on this initiative. He concluded, "*Indeed, 'HUMANITY' IS THE FIRST WORD IN MY DICTIONARY ????????. May God replenish him abundantly.*"
