JAMB Introduces Central Online Support System for Complaints

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has launched the Central Online Support System (COSS) to address candidate complaints effectively. If you encounter issues related to your JAMB result or any other matter, follow these steps:

  • Visit the COSS Portal: Go to the JAMB Central Online Support System and select your area of support.
  • Create a Support Ticket: Choose "YES" if you're making a personal complaint. Enter your JAMB registration number, describe the issue, and provide a short title and message.
  • Include Relevant Details: If you're complaining on behalf of someone else, select "NO" and include their details. Be sure to mention the phone number used to generate the profile code.
  • Attach Images (if necessary): Upload any relevant images to support your complaint.
