In a historic feat on March 5th, 2024, the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH) has marked a significant milestone by successfully performing the First Arthroscopic Reconstruction of Anterior Cruciate Ligament at its Orthopedics Theatre in Calabar.
Under the leadership of the Chief Medical Director, Prof Ikpeme Ikpeme, the hospital reaffirmed its commitment to becoming a centre of excellence, both in practice and in spirit.
