US Ambassador Commissions Window on America Center at Ahmadu Bello University

The American Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr. Richard M. Mills Jnr, has commissioned the 27th Window on America center at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) in Zaria.

 

The center, located at the university's Phase II campus, aims to enhance teaching and learning for staff and students. Ambassador Mills emphasized that the space represents American values, including promoting peace and moving the world forward.

The center will offer various services, including workshops, career skills training, English language learning, and educational resources, all free of charge, courtesy of the American Embassy.

The Vice-Chancellor of ABU, Prof. Kabiru Bala, expressed gratitude for the partnership and anticipated that the center would strengthen ties between the university and the American Embassy.

 

Dignitaries present at the commissioning ceremony included the incoming Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Adamu Ahmed, and other top university officials.
