Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University Seeks Partnership with Baba Ahmed University

Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University (KHAIRUN), Kano, led by its Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abdulrashid Garba, visited Baba Ahmed University, Kano, on September 25, 2024, to explore a formal partnership between the two institutions. During the visit, Prof. Garba emphasized the mutual history of both universities, noting that they were granted operational licenses simultaneously, and expressed eagerness to strengthen their relationship through formal agreements.

Prof. Garba outlined key areas for collaboration, including research and seminars, which he said would benefit both students and staff.

In response, the Vice-Chancellor of Baba Ahmed University, Prof. Adamu Idris Tanko, expressed appreciation for the visit and committed to formalizing the partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aimed at fostering beneficial academic collaborations.
