Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the 2025 KPMG Graduate Trainee Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Not exceeded 28 years of age at the time of application.
  • Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
  • A minimum of Second-Class Upper degree from the Nigerian Law School for law graduates.
  • Excellent research, writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital skills.
  • Applicants must not have taken the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months.
