The conference, themed “Shaping the Future for Truthful Reporting,” was officially opened by Dr. Abdul Jimoh Muhammed, Rector of Kwara State Polytechnic, at the Rear Admiral Lawal Auditorium.
Organized by the Mass Communication Department in collaboration with FactCheckAfrica and Brain Builders Youth Development Initiative, the conference brings together students, media professionals, and digital rights advocates.
