LASU Begins Online Admissions Clearance for 2024 Modular Year Sandwich Students
Lagos State University (LASU) has announced the commencement of its online admissions clearance for 2024 Modular Year Sandwich students via the LASU Central Admissions Clearance Application (LACACA).

Lagos State University (LASU) has announced the commencement of its online admissions clearance process for candidates admitted into the Sandwich Degree programmes for the 2024 Modular Year. The exercise, conducted through the LASU Central Admissions Clearance Application (LACACA), is a mandatory step for all admitted candidates.
The LACACA process is crucial as successful completion guarantees the issuance of matriculation numbers, while failure to comply will result in forfeiture of provisional admission. LASU Consult Limited oversees the clearance operation, and candidates are required to pay the necessary clearance fees via the LASU e-payment portal before initiating the process. These fees include acceptance, medical, and clearance payments.
Steps for Payment of LACACA Clearance Fees
To pay the required fees, candidates must:
-
Visit the LASU Consult website at lasu.edu.ng/consult.
-
Enter their Application Number in the designated field.
-
Provide a valid email address and phone number.
-
Click "Continue" to proceed with the payment process.
Procedure for Completing the LACACA Process
After making the necessary payments, candidates should follow these steps to complete the clearance process:
-
Visit the LASU website at lasu.edu.ng.
-
Navigate to the STUDENT tab and click on "SANDWICH LACACA."
-

Once submitted, the clearance progress will reach 20%, and university officials will review the documents. Candidates must monitor their clearance status regularly, as corrections may be required. Those needing adjustments will have to make payments for corrections through the LASU e-payment portal. Upon achieving 100% clearance, candidates can print their LASU Admission Clearance Certificate and will be assigned a matriculation number.

Candidates who face rejection should check their portal for the reasons and may need to visit the Directorate of Sandwich at the Main Campus, Ojo, for further assistance.
