LASU Postgraduate School Directs 2023/2024 Graduating Students to Submit Bio-Data Forms for Certificate Processing

Lagos State University (LASU) Postgraduate School has announced the commencement of certificate production for the 2023/2024 academic session, urging all graduating students to submit their bio-data forms in preparation for the institution’s 28th Convocation Ceremony.

According to the directive, the convocation is scheduled to take place from Thursday, April 3, to Thursday, April 10, 2025. To ensure certificates are available for collection during the ceremony, graduating students must complete the online clearance process and upload their details, along with a white background passport photograph, for bio-data generation.

Students are required to print and submit the completed bio-data forms, alongside their academic profiles and a white background passport photograph, at the Certificate Unit of the Postgraduate School on or before Friday, February 28, 2025.

For a seamless process, LASU outlined the following step-by-step guide for bio-data generation:

1. Visit the LASU official website at www.lasu.edu.ng
2. Navigate to the STUDENT tab
3. Click on CERTIFICATE PROCESSING
4. Accurately complete the postgraduate bio-data form with correct information
5. Upload a white background passport photograph (eyeglasses, caps, cropped pictures, or selfies are not allowed)
6. Print out the completed form
7. Attach a white background passport photograph to the bio-data form
8. Submit the printed bio-data form and a copy of the student’s academic profile to the Postgraduate School Certificate Unit before the deadline.

The university management emphasized strict compliance with these guidelines to avoid delays or penalties.
