The Visitor to Nasarawa State University, Keffi and Governor of Nasarawa State, Engr Abdullahi A. Sule has charged beneficiaries of the A. 

A Sule Ideation Camp 33 to embrace Entrepreneurship as a means of uplifting their economic status.

The Governor gave the charge while declaring open the A.A. Sule Ideation Camp 33, at the CSS Integrated Farm, Gora, Keffi- Abuja expressway on Thursday 4th October 2023.

The Governor who spoke through the Commissioner of Education Honorable John D. Mamman remarked that the Governor who is the driving force behind Camp 33 takes pride in the University for producing graduates capable of global competition.

He congratulated the trainees and encouraged them to value more than just the one million Naira gifted them emphasizing that the knowledge they are about to acquire from the Ideation Camp is priceless as it will prepare them for future endeavors and enable them to stand out for a sustainable future.

In his welcome remark, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CSS Professor John Kennedy Opara, encouraged the 33 beneficiaries to serve as a positive channel to humanity, asserting that their value will come not from monetary gain but from the discovery of their potential and true selves. He urged them not only to strive for academic excellence but also to make impactful contributions.

The Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Suleiman Bala Mohammed, represented by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Academics, Professor  Abdullahi Moddibo, reiterated the University's commitment to nurturing students and providing quality education to create a sustainable plan. 

He thanked the Visitor for initiating the program and encouraged participants to fully engage themselves in the training program to achieve their desired outcomes.

In his goodwill remark, Chairman of the Ideation Committee and Dean, of the School of Postgraduate Studies, Professor Ari Maikano expressed his excitement about the idea of the camp which is aimed at inspiring the participants and improving the future of young people. He appreciated the leadership of CSS Farm and all partners involved in this new initiative. He emphasized that this camp is more than just an experience; it is an opportunity and responsibility for trainees to turn ideas into reality.

Responding on behalf of the beneficiaries, Musa Haruna Maimako expressed his gratitude to Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule for his support and dedication in elevating education to a pinnacle of excellence through the establishment of Ideation Camp 33. He pledged that all participants will uphold the reputation of the University and make the Governor proud, thereby contributing to the growth and development of both the state and Nigeria as a whole. 

In his vote of thanks, the Registrar of the University, represented by the Secretary of the School of Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Jameel Zakari stated that this initiative would inspire upcoming generations, he also urged them to apply what they have learned as patience and dedication are key in achieving necessary growth for future challenges.
