On August 14, 2024, the Nasarawa State Students Parliament presented a speech to the rector, registrar, and other key officials of Isa Mustapha Agwai 1 Polytechnic, Lafia.
Mikaila Muhammad, the Majority Leader of the Nasarawa State Students Parliament, expressed sincere appreciation to the rector, Dr. Nurudeen Mu'azu Maifata, for the opportunity to address the institution's management. "I must sincerely appreciate the rector for his audience and the privilege granted to us as Nasarawa State Students Parliamentarians. Thank you so much; we really felt honored," she stated.
