NOUN CSO Cracks Down on Exam Malpractice in Jalingo, Wukari Centres

The Chief Security Officer (CSO) of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Wing Commander Umar Mohammed Awe (Rtd), has warned against examination malpractice during the ongoing 2025_1 Pen-on-Paper exams at the Jalingo and Wukari Study Centres.

The CSO emphasized that the university has a zero-tolerance policy for examination malpractice and assured that anyone caught engaging in malpractice will face the full consequences of the law. He inspected the facilities at both centres, praising the directors' efforts in maintaining orderliness and promising to enhance security and report centre needs to the university management.

The CSO announced that the Vice-Chancellor has approved additional security personnel and new uniforms to support the centres' security needs. He urged security officers to be vigilant, respectful, and loyal to the Centre Directors.
