NYSC Issues New Guide and Tips for Prospective Corps Members

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has released a new guide for prospective corps members, providing essential tips on their conduct and safety as they prepare for their service year. The updated guide, issued on Monday, August 26, 2024, outlines key measures to ensure a smooth transition into the program.

The NYSC advises new corps members to avoid traveling to orientation camps at night. Those coming from distant locations should consider breaking their journey into manageable segments. Additionally, members are instructed to report to their assigned camps on the scheduled date and to address any discrepancies in their documentation before arriving at the camp.
