Olaniyi Faith Iretioluwa has made history as the first and best graduating student of the Faculty of Nursing, College of Medicine, at the University of Ibadan (UI). Iretioluwa, who achieved First Class Honors, was recognized as the valedictorian of her class.

Her remarkable achievement was celebrated during her induction into the nursing profession on July 25. Following the ceremony, Iretioluwa took to social media to proudly share her accomplishment. She posted, “Yesterday, I was officially inducted into the Nursing profession. Reintroducing: OLANIYI F.I (RN, RM, RPHN, BNSc. UI) First Class Honours Best Graduating Student (Valedictorian) Faculty of Nursing, College of Medicine, University of Ibadan—the first since it became a faculty.”
