The Vice-Chancellor of Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU), Professor Salisu Ogbo Usman, received a delegation from his maternal family, the Oyibo family of Agwudoko, Anyigba, during a courtesy visit to his office on Wednesday, 13 May 2026.

The delegation, led by Chief Wada Oyibo, the Ohioma Ejeh, visited the Vice-Chancellor to offer prayers, celebrate his appointment, and pledge the host community's support for his administration.

Speaking for the family, Chief Oyibo praised Professor Usman’s humility, administrative fairness, and leadership track record. He noted that the Vice-Chancellor’s performance during his previous tenure as the Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, was a key factor in his elevation to lead PAAU.
