The 2024 Batch "B" Stream II sporting activities at the NYSC Plateau Orientation Camp have been officially concluded. Mr. Jonathan I. Yavala, the State Coordinator for NYSC Plateau, announced the closure of the sporting events with a closing ceremony that celebrated both the competitive spirit and camaraderie displayed throughout the games.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Yavala praised all participating platoons and camp officials for their commitment and sportsmanship. "This has been an eventful orientation camp for everyone involved," he said. "Whether you won or lost, you are all winners in our eyes." He encouraged the corps members to continue honing their skills in football and volleyball to represent the state with distinction in future NYSC national competitions.

The football tournament concluded with 9 Platoon emerging as the champions, while 7 Platoon secured the runner-up position. In volleyball, 6 Platoon triumphed over 1 Platoon with a score of 3 sets to 1.

The closure of the sporting activities marks the end of a vibrant and competitive phase for the 2024 Batch "B" Stream II corps members, setting the stage for continued development and future successes in their service year.
