Taraba State University Digital Professor Takes Bold Steps to Uphold Academic Integrity
In a dedicated pursuit of academic excellence and integrity, the dynamic Vice-Chancellor of Taraba State University, Jalingo (TSUJ), Digital Professor Sunday Paul Bako, has taken significant measures to curb excessive extortion, harassment, and various forms of malpractice among both staff members and students at the institution.
This proactive initiative aligns with the National Universities Commission (NUC) Quality Assurance Policy, emphasizing the university's commitment to maintaining high academic standards.
Furthermore, Vice-Chancellor Professor Sunday Paul Bako, through the University's Directorate of Quality Assurance, has established an Independent Investigative Committee tasked with addressing the issue of illegal collections for project supervision.
The Committee's primary mandate is to receive reports from students and the University Community regarding any unauthorized payments related to project supervision. It operates with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
