Taraba State University Organizes Capacity Building Training for Registry Staff

Taraba State University (TSUJ) has held an in-house refresher/fresher training for all staff of the Registry Department, in line with the Human Capacity Building Policy of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Sunday Paul Bako.

The training aimed to prioritize staff welfare and capacity expansion, focusing on enhancing job competence.

The event, held at the newly constructed Theatre and Film Studies Lecture Hall, featured presentations on topics such as "The University System," "Ethics and Code of Conduct in the University," and "Administrative Procedure." Resource persons included Prof. Joseph M. Lucas, Prof. Anthony D. Barau, and Dr. John Danjuma.

Speaking on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, DVC Administration Dr. Jonathan Reuben emphasized the importance of investing in staff capacity building to increase service delivery quality. He assured that such training sessions would be organized regularly.
