TSU releases urgent notice to all newly admitted students

This is to inform all newly admitted students to log in to their respective student dashboards and update their profiles by adding an e-copy of their signatures. This simple yet crucial task is essential for several important processes, one of which is the issuance of your student ID card. Details on how to do that are provided below;

• 1. Log in to your student dashboard using your credentials.
• 2. Click on your picture, located on the top right corner of the screen
• 3. Click on "My Profile"
• 4. Look for the option that says "Upload new signature".
• 5. Follow the provided instructions to upload a clear and legible electronic copy of your signature.

To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly urge you to complete this task at your earliest convenience. Please ensure that your signature is clear and matches the one you typically use for official documents.

Please be aware that you will not be permitted to enter exam halls without your student ID card. Your ID card, complete with your signature, not only confirms your identity but also ensures the integrity of our examination procedures.
