HOW TO CHECK YOUR UI HALL/MATRIC NO/INSTITUTIONAL EMAIL ADDRESS

1. Visit https://mis.ui. edu.ng/hallmatric

2. Login with your email address and JAMB registration Number.

3. Your Matric Number, institutional email address and hall of residence will be displayed. Kindly keep these details very safe.

4. Allocation is in batches so don't panic if you've not seen yours yet.

5. Many people are are trying access the site now so it may take some time to load or you may experience difficulties loading the page but just keep checking.

6. I advise you to proceed with writing the (2) Reference letters addressed to the Hall Warden of your given hostel.

IF YOU'VE NOT SEEN YOUR HALL OF RESIDENCE/MATRIC NUMBER/STUDENT EMAIL ADDRESS

Please note that you're not the only person affected.

Not everyone will see all at the same time. Just keep re- checking by following these steps;

1. Make sure the email address is the same email address you used for POST UTME REGISTRATION.

2. Make sure your JAMB registration number is correct and the Alphabet at the end of your JAMB Registration number should be in Capital letters.
