The College of Medicine, University of Ibadan (CoMUI), has extended its warmest congratulations to Professor Georgina Njideka Odaibo following her historic election as the Vice President (Africa) of the World Society for Virology (WSV).

Founded in 2017, the World Society for Virology is a premier global body dedicated to strengthening research on viruses affecting humans, animals, plants, and other organisms.
