College of Education and Legal Studies Nguru Holds Historic Leadership Election

The College of Education and Legal Studies Nguru has successfully conducted a leadership exercise, where Deans and Heads of Department were chosen through consensus. This exercise, which is the first of its kind in the college's history, was marked by joy, inclusivity, and respect among staff members.

The newly approved guidelines provided options for either consensus or election, but staff members opted for consensus, demonstrating maturity and togetherness. This approach has been applauded by the college community, highlighting the importance of collaborative leadership.

The Provost, Professor Ali Manzo Usman, commended the academic staff for a hitch-free exercise and appreciated the efforts of his deputy and the returning officers.
