The management warned that any student found engaging in these unauthorized activities will face severe disciplinary actions in accordance with the University’s established rules and regulations. This directive is part of an ongoing effort to maintain order and ensure fair access to campus housing.

To ensure total compliance, Professor Kawe has directed all Hall Administrators to strictly monitor the hostels and report any breaches of this policy immediately. Students are advised to return their keys or follow official vacancy protocols if they do not intend to occupy their spaces during their SIWES period.

The memorandum serves as a final notice to all affected students to uphold the integrity of the university's accommodation system.
