On October 3, 2024, the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Makurdi Branch, led by its distinguished Chairman, Engr. Phelim Ukeyima Manger (MNSE, MNICE), paid a courtesy visit to the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO), Prof. Innocent A.O. Ujah (mni, OON, Npom), in Benue State. 

The visit was a remarkable occasion, fostering collaboration between the university and the NSE, with discussions aimed at promoting engineering innovation and development in the health sciences field. Prof. Ujah, a highly decorated medical expert, welcomed the delegation with enthusiasm, expressing hope for future partnerships that will benefit both the university and the larger community.
