The University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) has launched a public awareness campaign to caution prospective students and their families against falling victim to admission racketeers.

This was highlighted in a recently released poster urging all applicants to "Shine your eyes" and avoid fraudulent individuals or groups claiming to offer guaranteed admission into the university.

The university strongly emphasized that admission into its programs is strictly based on merit and the processes outlined by the institution and the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Applicants are advised to avoid paying money or engaging with individuals promising shortcuts to gain admission.

The management of UNIABUJA encourages anyone with information about fraudulent activities to report directly via email at admissionfraud@uniabuja.edu.ng.
