The University of Benin (UNIBEN) has appointed Dr. Victor Chukwuemeka Nnam, a former Commissioner for Lands and Urban Development in Enugu State, as an Associate Professor. Dr. Nnam, who holds a Ph.D. in Geo-informatics and Surveying, has been recognized for his contributions to academia and public service.

The University of Benin (UNIBEN) has announced the appointment of Dr. Victor Chukwuemeka Nnam, a former Commissioner for Lands and Urban Development in Enugu State, as an Associate Professor. The appointment was confirmed in a letter signed by the university’s Deputy Registrar, Omage-Umeh T. M. (Mrs.).

Dr. Nnam, who holds a Ph.D. in Geo-informatics and Surveying, has made significant contributions to both academia and public service. Before his appointment at UNIBEN, Dr. Nnam dedicated his time to teaching and mentoring students at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, often providing his services without charge.
