UNIDEL VC Approves Hostel Cooking: Students Urged to Exercise Responsibility

The Vice Chancellor of University of Delta (UNIDEL), Prof. S.C. Chiemeke, has lifted the ban on cooking in hostels, granting students greater convenience. The Students' Advisory Services Division has appealed to students to use this privilege responsibly.

In a welcome move, University of Delta students will now be able to cook in their hostels, thanks to a directive from Vice Chancellor Prof. S.C. Chiemeke.

The decision, announced by Ag. Dean of Students' Advisory Services Division Dr. Ijeh Rufus, is expected to improve the overall living experience for students on campus.

According to Dr. Rufus, "We appreciate this gesture from our visionary Vice Chancellor and kindly urge all students to utilize this privilege responsibly." He emphasized the importance of maintaining safety and well-being within the campus community.
