Important Second Semester Dates for 2022/2023
Lecture Periods and Examinations
The second semester lectures are to commence on Monday, 8th January 2024 and end on Saturday, 30th March 2024. Examinations for the second semester will start on Monday, 1st April 2024 and end on Saturday, 20th April 2024.
Teaching Practice and Result Compilation
Teaching practice will begin on Monday, 22nd April 2024 and end on Friday, 18th May 2024. The compilation and submission of second semester results are set for Saturday, 29th April to Saturday, 18th May 2024.
Faculty and Senate Meetings
Faculty Boards will meet to consider second semester examination results on Tuesday, 18th July 2024. The Senate’s meeting for approval is on Thursday, 20th June 2024.
Academic Staff Annual Leave and Session End
The academic staff will go on their annual leave from Saturday, 20th May to Monday, 1st July 2024. The end of the industrial attachment is Friday, 14th June 2024. The academic session will officially end on Friday, 21st June 2024.
