UNILAG CEDHUL Hosts 1st Lagos Spring School in Digital Entrepreneurship & Cultures
The Centre for Digital Humanities, University of Lagos (CEDHUL), will host the first-ever Lagos Spring School in Digital Entrepreneurship & Digital Cultures (LSSDEDC-2025) from March 17 to 22, 2025, at the Faculty of Arts, UNILAG.

The Centre for Digital Humanities, University of Lagos (CEDHUL), is set to host the inaugural edition of the Lagos Spring School in Digital Entrepreneurship & Digital Cultures (LSSDEDC-2025). The highly anticipated event will take place from Monday, March 17 to Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the Faculty of Arts, University of Lagos, Akoka.
Themed "Digital Technology and Digital Entrepreneurship as Catalysts for Innovation, Socio-Cultural Transformation, and Economic Empowerment," the one-week intensive training program aims to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and mindset required to thrive in the rapidly evolving digital economy. It is open to students, recent graduates, and aspiring entrepreneurs eager to explore digital technology's potential in entrepreneurship and creative industries.
Participants can look forward to expert-led sessions covering diverse topics such as Digital Marketing & Branding, E-Commerce & Online Business Development, Data Analytics and Digital Strategy, Introductory Coding and App Development, and Funding & Investment Strategies. Additionally, the program will offer insights into leveraging digital tools for research, business, and innovation while fostering social and economic empowerment.
A major highlight of the program is the Digital Entrepreneurship Expo & Fair, where participants will have the opportunity to showcase their innovations and connect with industry professionals, academics, and innovators at the forefront of the digital economy.
The opening ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at the Tayo Aderinokun Lecture Theatre, starting at 10:00 a.m.
