UNILORIN 89.3 FM Celebrates 15th Year Anniversary

All is set for the 15th anniversary of UNILORIN 89.3 FM, the official radio station of the University of Ilorin. The landmark celebration will take place on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at the University Auditorium. The event is expected to commence at 10:00 AM. The theme for this year's anniversary is "The Future of Radio: AI and the Transformation of Broadcasting." The event will explore the significant impact of artificial intelligence on the broadcasting industry, featuring esteemed speakers and panelists who are experts in the field.

Key Highlights:

- Chairman of the Day: Professor Yusuf Olorunfemi Abiodun, SAN, an esteemed academic and legal luminary, will chair the event.

- Father of the Day: The Vice-Chancellor of Ajayi Crowther University, Professor Abiodun O. Oladipo, CON, will serve as the Father of the Day.

- Guest Speaker: Professor Funke Theresa Adeyemi, the Vice-Chancellor of The American University of Nigeria, will deliver the keynote address.
