Step-by-Step Instructions for Applicants

Applicants requesting verification, certification, or English proficiency services from UNILORIN are required to follow the guidelines outlined below. It is essential to note that all payments must be made online through REMITA, with the name on the payment receipt matching the applicant's certificate name for individual applications. For corporate bodies and organizations, the name used on the payment receipt should reflect their corporate identity.

Payment Instructions:

• All payments should be made online via REMITA.
• Click here to make a payment.
• Ensure that the name on the payment receipt is as it appears on the certificate for individual applications.
• Corporate bodies and organizations should use their official names on the payment receipt.

Required Documents for Submission: Before submitting the application, applicants must attach the following documents:

• Payment Receipt generated from REMITA
• Original scanned copy of the applicant’s certificate
• An official recipient’s address where any of the reports will be sent. Note that no document will be addressed "To Whom It May Concern" or to an individual/personal address.

Processing Time: Requests will be attended to within five (5) working days of application submission. In cases where processing may take longer, applicants will be contacted regarding the status of their application.
