UNILORIN INSU to Celebrate 23rd IGBOMINA Day

The Igbomina National Students’ Union (INSU) at the University of Ilorin is set to host its 23rd IGBOMINA Day on Saturday, July 27, 2024. The event will take place at the Faculty of Communication and Information Sciences (CIS) Lecture Theatre, starting at 10:00 a.m.

In a notification issued on July 18, 2024, by the Union’s President, Mubaraq Adeola (MBK), it was announced that the theme for this year's celebration is “Cultural Heritage: Preserving Traditions through Generations.” The event will be graced by notable dignitaries including Prof. Sulyman Age Abdulkareem, former Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin; Barr. Titilope Anifowoshe; and Mr. Akeem Ayinla, founder of the Akeem Ayinla Foundation (AAF), among others.
