UNIOSUN Annual International Sustainable Development Dialogue

Osun State University, Osogbo (UNIOSUN) VC invites the general public to the annual International Sustainable Development Dialogue.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Odunayo Clement Adebooye on behalf of the Global Affairs and Sustainable Development Institute (GASDI) of Osun State University, African Network of Environmental Humanities (ANEH) and Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society (RCC) of Ludwig Maximillian University, Munich, Germany cordially invites the general public especially academia to the annual International Sustainable Development Dialogue  with the theme “Making and Unmaking Africa: Global Developments and Environmental Humanities” holding physically and virtually at the Olagunsoye Oyinlola Auditorium of the University between Monday 26th and Wednesday 28th of June, 2023.

Keynote speakers are: 

• Professor Sandra Swart, Professor of History Stellenbosch, University in South Africa

• Professor Samuel Aghalino, Professor of History at the University of Ilorin and President of the Historical Society of Nigeria

• Pofessor Ayo Omotayo, Director General, National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos

• Professor Usman Tar, Endowed Chair of Defense and Security Studies and Director, Center for Defense Studies and Documentation, Nigeria Defence Academy

• Chief Ifayemi Elebuibon, Araba Agbaye
