University of Abuja Students Union Government Officials Sworn into Office

The newly elected officials of the Students Union Government, University of Abuja (for both the Students Representatives Assembly and the Cabinet), were yesterday administered with the oath of office.
They were elected on March 27th and 28th respectively.

The event, moderated by the dean, Students Affairs, Dr A. G. Umar Kari, was witnessed by the vice chancellor, Professor Abdul-Rasheed Na’Allah (among other dignitaries).

The new President of the SUG is Bashir Mohammed, 500 Level Veterinary Medicine, while Nkem Silas Alina of the Faculty of Law, is the new Speaker of the Students Representatives Assembly.
