University of Ilorin Students Receive SIWES Stipend

The University of Ilorin has announced that the Federal Government of Nigeria has commenced the disbursement of a N15,000 stipend to students who participated in the 2023/2024 Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES).

The stipend is specifically for students who submitted their logbooks on time, provided their bank details, and completed the required four or six months of industrial training. The University of Ilorin Students' Union Government (SUG) has notified students to expect the payment, which is a welcome development for students who have completed their SIWES program.
