University of Maiduguri Extends Hostel Closing Date for Students

The management of the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) has approved the extension of the hostel closing date for students who have not yet completed their field trips and project activities, including those awaiting their GST third-semester examinations.

The extension, which includes the continuation of electricity and water supply on campus, is intended to enable students to complete their academic obligations without unnecessary stress. A new deadline will be announced soon by the Students Affairs Division.

This decision was made in consideration of the concerns raised by the affected students, and it is expected to provide them with sufficient time to complete their academic requirements.
