University of Maiduguri Staff with Vehicles Urged to Submit Bio Data
Staff members are instructed to visit the Security Division to obtain the forms, which must be filled and returned no later than October 20, 2024. The exercise is mandatory for all staff who own vehicles.

The University of Maiduguri has issued a directive requiring all staff members with vehicles, both on and off campus, to collect and complete Bio Data Forms. This was communicated through a memo from the office of the Chief Security Officer, Major Abiya Mohammed (rtd), in October 2024.
Staff members are instructed to visit the Security Division to obtain the forms, which must be filled and returned no later than October 20, 2024. The exercise is mandatory for all staff who own vehicles.
The university management appreciates the cooperation of staff members in complying with this directive, aimed at enhancing campus security.
The memo has been circulated to key officials, including the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Bursar, and all Deans and Heads of Departments.
