YABATECH Approves Hostel Accommodation for Part-Time Students During Exams
The management of Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) has approved hostel accommodation for part-time and CODFEL students during the upcoming part-time examination.

Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) has announced the approval of hostel accommodation for part-time students during their forthcoming examinations. This initiative, approved by the college management, aims to provide convenience and support for students undertaking part-time studies.
According to a circular issued by the Dean of Students’ Affairs, Alaba Olalekan, eligible students, including those from the Centre for Open Distance and Flexible e-Learning (CODFEL), are required to pay a fee of ₦12,000 to the YCT Microfinance Bank under the account name YCT Graduating Student with account number 0580009018.
Upon making the payment, students must submit a copy of the payment receipt to the Students' Affairs Unit before proceeding with the online application on the college portal. The hostels will be available for occupancy from March 28 to April 18, 2025.
This move is expected to ease accommodation challenges for part-time students, particularly those coming from distant locations, ensuring a conducive environment for their examinations.
