University of Abuja Introduces Swahili Free Online Lecture Series under the Directorate of General Studies

Abuja, Nigeria — The Directorate of General Studies (GST) at the University of Abuja has unveiled a new educational opportunity for its students: the Swahili Free Online Lecture Series. The initiative is designed to offer first-year students exposure to the Swahili language, allowing them to explore a new foreign language within the academic curriculum.

In an official announcement, the Director of GST, Prof. B. Mohammed, expressed his excitement about the introduction of this innovative program. He stated that the online lecture series would be made available to all interested 100-level students. The lectures are intended to provide foundational knowledge in Swahili, enabling students to make informed decisions about their language studies.
