Borno State University VC Prof Gutti Babagana and Others Welcome World Bank Country Director to Maiduguri

The Vice-Chancellor of Borno State University (BOSU), Professor Gutti Babagana, joined other prominent dignitaries to welcome the World Bank Country Director for Nigeria, Dr. Ndiame Diop, at the Muhammadu Buhari International Airport in Maiduguri on Monday.
