The Vice-Chancellor of Borno State University (BOSU), Professor Gutti Babagana, joined other prominent dignitaries to welcome the World Bank Country Director for Nigeria, Dr. Ndiame Diop, at the Muhammadu Buhari International Airport in Maiduguri on Monday.

Professor Babagana, alongside Engr. Lawan Wakilbe, the Commissioner for the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation, participated in the reception ceremony to mark the beginning of Dr. Diop's two-day working visit to the Borno State capital.
