The Management of the Ambrose Alli University (AAU) has issued an important notice to all students, particularly first year students on matriculation ceremony for the 2023/2024 academic session.

All students admitted into the various programmes in the University are, by this notice, informed of the 2023/2024 Matriculation Ceremony scheduled as follows:

      Date: Friday, 17th May 2024

      Venue: International Conference/Students Centre

      Time: 10am prompt

Consequently, all admitted students (UTME. IJMB and DE) are to pick up their Matriculation Gowns from the office of the Faculty Officers attached to their faculties.

Please note that, as new students, the hiring of Matriculation Gowns have already been paid for as part of their acceptance fees. However, only students who have paid their school fees and have matriculation numbers generated from the portal, will be entitled to the collection of the gowns.

Opening date for the collection of the Matriculation Gowns is Friday, 10th May, 2024 and closes on Thursday, 16th May, 2024.

All Deans, the Principal Assistant Registrar (AVD), All Faculty Officers, the University Bursar and the Director of ICT are to ensure the implementation of this notice.
