Caleb University management, led by Acting Vice-Chancellor Professor Sunday Adewale, held a meeting with students to address key concerns.

The management of Caleb University recently held a crucial meeting with students to discuss pressing issues and chart a way forward for a smooth academic session. The meeting, which took place on campus, was attended by the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sunday Adewale, the Dean of Students Affairs, Dr. Maria Adeyemi, and the University Chaplain, Pastor Paul.
During the interactive session, students were encouraged to voice their concerns and suggestions. However, only a few took the opportunity to speak. The Acting Vice-Chancellor addressed several key topics, with a strong emphasis on fostering a conducive learning environment.
One of the major points discussed was the Student-Lecturer Relationship. Professor Adewale urged students to adhere to their lecturers’ instructions and maintain a respectful and professional rapport. He stressed the importance of avoiding unnecessary conflicts and ensuring a harmonious academic atmosphere.
Another notable announcement was the introduction of a Counseling and Developmental Clinic Centre. This new initiative is aimed at providing students with mental health support, career guidance, and personal development services. The university management believes that this centre will play a vital role in helping students navigate academic and personal challenges effectively.
Beyond these, other pertinent issues were discussed, with the meeting concluding on a note of academic dedication, discipline, and strict adherence to university regulations. The management reiterated its commitment to fostering student success and ensuring a well-structured academic environment.
