AAU Senate convenes emergency meeting amidst crisis

The Senate of the Ambrose Alli University (AAU) is set to convene an emergency meeting today to deliberate on the path forward amidst lingering issues plaguing the university community, Myschoolnews report.

This meeting comes on the heels of rumors suggesting that the university is considering reinstating academic activities on campus, which were previously suspended due to student demonstrations towards  fee increment.

The planned meeting has elicited slew of reactions from the demonstrating students. Yesterday, there will reactions of dissatisfaction, stating that none of their demands have been met so far. The demonstrating students' in a WhatsApp publication opined that their demands are straightforward and attainable. First and foremost that they desires the reinstatement of the Elected Students Union Government which was earlier dissolved by the management and a reversal of the recent school fee hike.

Although the demonstrating students speculates, that these issues might be the agenda of the soon to be conveyed Senate's meeting, they remain hopeful that all matters will be resolved, thereby giving in room for the continuation of academic activities  on campus.
