The Federal College of Education (FCE) Yola has announced the recipient of its prestigious Lecturer of the Year Award for 2024.
Dr. Jamila Batu, a distinguished educator and advocate for literacy, has been honored with the award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to education and her dedication to promoting a reading culture.
The award will be formally presented to Dr. Batu at the Integrating Reading Culture (IRC) Award Night, scheduled to take place on December 21, 2024.
