The Student Union Government (SUG) at Abia State University (ABSU) has appointed new leaders to strengthen its administration, pending ratification by the Students Representative Council (SRC).

The President of the Student Union Government (SUG) at Abia State University (ABSU), Comrade Okezie Almond Kezirim, has announced a series of new appointments to strengthen the student government's leadership team.

Pending ratification by the Students Representative Council (SRC), these new appointments are expected to enhance the SUG's operations and communication capabilities: 

Kenneth Prospect has been appointed as Chief of Staff, a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the SUG and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient governance. Prospect is known for his leadership skills and is expected to bring a dynamic approach to the role.

Osinachi Favour Udoh has been named Chief Press Secretary. In this role, Udoh will manage all SUG communications, ensuring that information is promptly and effectively disseminated to students, faculty, and other stakeholders. Udoh's experience in communications makes them a valuable addition to the team.

Ahuruonye Maxwell will serve as Personal Assistant on General Duties, providing comprehensive support for the SUG's various initiatives and projects. Maxwell's role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination across the organization's activities.
