ABU Renowned Professor of Criminal Law, Prof Kharisu Chukkol, Passes Away

The academic community is mourning the loss of Professor Kharisu Chukkol, a distinguished Professor of Criminal Law at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU).

 

Prof Chukkol was widely respected for his impactful teaching and mentorship, which shaped the lives of numerous students, including a notable alumnus who paid tribute to his legacy.

"Prof Chukkol was an exceptional lecturer who made a lasting impact on our formative years as students," the alumnus recalled. "He also supervised my LLM dissertation when I returned to ABU later in my career."
