ABU’s Postgraduate Representative Council Gets New Executives

 They were sworn in at the University Assembly Hall, Main Campus, on Tuesday, 3rd October, 2023.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Kabiru Bala, admonished the new executives to remain dedicated to their studies so as to be able to graduate within the stipulated period of time and to serve with honesty and fairness.

Prof. Bala encouraged the new president to accommodate every student and to be ready for a lot of sacrifice.

He then assured them of the University support towards the promotion of the welfare of the postgraduate students.

In his remark, the new PRC President, Comrade Ahmed Dauda, from Faculty of Administration, pledged to work towards development and empowerment of postgraduate students as well as to promote and protect the welfare of every student.

The University Legal Officer, Barrister Aisha Isah, represented by Dr. Isaach Ameh, Esq administered the oath of office on the newly elected PRC members.

The Dean, Student Affairs Division, Prof. Fatihu Mohammed Yakasai, congratulated the newly elected members of PRC, and called on them to ensure the maintenance of peace and harmony and keep away from any act against the laws and regulations of the University.
